I have a client who is using Microsoft Outlook 2016 for Mac on his OSX 10.11.6 iMac. He adds one exchange account - no problem. Goes to add a second exchange account and ends up in an autodiscover loop and is never able to add the email. Any suggestions or ideas? He has the latest version of Outlook for Mac 2016 installed.

I have tested it on other systems and they work fine and are both listed with their respective folders. When I look through the Outlook 2016 Connection Status tool, both accounts are connected.
